MIST’S COMMITMENT TO SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SUSTAINABILITY IS AT THE CORE OF OUR MISSION
We are grateful to call Bowen Island home, and in the spirit of community, we offer all Tuesday Evening Community Care shared sessions starting at 6 PM for $59. Guests facing financial hardship are welcome to enjoy the Mist Contrast Therapy Circuit with others in the community at this reduced, equitable rate, making wellness more accessible.
Mist’s Tuesday Evening Community Care Sessions prioritize accessibility by addressing financial disparities that disproportionately impact racialized and marginalized groups. We encourage Black, Indigenous, people of colour, 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodiverse persons, those with disabilities, and single parents to book with us, and access the community care equitable rates.

Proceeds from these Tuesday Evening Community Care shared sessions will be directed towards the overhead costs of running the sauna and cold plunge premises. Any additional profits will be reinvested in Mist’s accessible pricing initiatives. We recognize the privilege of being able to give back and approach it with heartfelt gratitude.
By booking a Tuesday Night Community Care Circuit session, you’re reserving a spot that’s intentionally set aside for those for whom the full rate would create a financial burden. To ensure this option is available to those who need it most, we kindly ask that you book at this reduced rate only if the standard rate would be a hardship.
