4. Payments & Cancellations. 

Full payment is required to secure your booking, unless otherwise specified. 

• Refund policy for Mist Thermal Sanctuary bookings.
  A full refund of your deposit will be given if the booking is canceled at least 48 hours prior to arrival, minus a 5% administrative fee on the total booking cost. Within 0-47 hours, there will be no refunds for cancellations and changes cannot be made to the booking. 

• Rebooking using a credit. Refunds are not applicable. When an existing credit is applied to a new booking, the new booking is non-refundable, non-transferable, and the new booking date cannot be changed.  

5. Refund Policy For Gift Cards. 

All gift card purchases are non-refundable - your Mist Thermal Sanctuary Gift Card does not expire.

6. Entire Agreement. 

These terms and conditions and any other legal notices, policies and guidelines of Mist Thermal Sanctuary linked to these terms and conditions or contained on this Site constitute the entire Agreement between you and Mist Thermal Sanctuary relating to your use of this Site and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except by Mist Thermal Sanctuary. 

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications. 

Mist Thermal Sanctuary may revise these terms of use for its website at any time without notice. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound to these Terms and Conditions of Use. 

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity.
